How to Return Your Product

- Securely pack the product—preferably in the original box.
- Ship it back using the provided return label or approved method.
- Once received, our team will inspect the battery and initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions & Exceptions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Batteries must be unused or in “like-new” condition.
- Original packaging is strongly preferred for safe transport.
- Custom or modified battery packs are not eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to inspect and validate the condition of any returned item.
